In celebration of World Mental Health Month, this DE&I Committee event aims to move beyond awareness and into action.

Inspired by this year’s global theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” the event will explore how organizations can design and implement workplace mental health and wellness programs that employees genuinely trust, access, and benefit from. Rather than simply introducing another wellness initiative, the discussion will examine why employees may hesitate to seek support, the barriers they encounter, and the practical steps organizations can take to foster psychologically safe and supportive workplaces.
