STRATÉHAB CONSEIL is a Strategic Advisory for Housing, Urban Projects & Development Finance.
Founded by Frederic Burac, former CEO of French social housing companies and now based in Manila, StratéHab Conseil helps public and private stakeholders turn complex urban and housing projects into fundable, deliverable operations. For over 20 years, its founder has led housing, urban renewal and informal settlement programs in France and its tropical overseas territories, where typhoons, earthquakes and flooding shape every project.
In the Philippines, the firm supports informal settlement upgrading and resettlement, as well as affordable housing programs. It structures and steers complex urban projects, from feasibility and programming to public-private partnerships and client-side project management. It also mobilizes development and climate finance from French, multilateral and national sources.
