CCI France Philippines, through its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, invites you to “Inclusion in Action: From Awareness to Organizational Change,” a panel discussion that takes the conversation beyond awareness and into implementation.

Over the years, CCI France Philippines has made significant strides in raising awareness around diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. The next challenge, however, lies in translating these conversations into concrete policies, programs, and workplace practices that create lasting organizational change. This event will spotlight companies that have moved from intention to action.

Hear directly from industry leaders as they share the initiatives they have implemented, what motivated these changes, the challenges they encountered, and the lessons they learned along the way. From disability inclusion and accessibility measures to employee support systems and culture-building efforts, the discussion will provide practical examples of how inclusion can be embedded into the fabric of an organization.
