Patrick Franchinard
Founder, EarthTone Advisors
Patrick Franchinard is the founder of EarthTone Advisors, a consulting and coaching boutique built to challenge how large organisations approach transformation — bringing the rigor of 30+ years in global operations together with the discipline of certified executive coaching. Before founding EarthTone, he built his career at ExxonMobil and Air Liquide, where he served as South East Europe Cluster CEO, CIO, CPO, and Europe Efficiency VP, before becoming Group Business Services (GBS) VP. Across these roles he managed teams of 2,500+ people spanning Europe, the Americas, and APAC, including China.
He has also held several Chairman and Board member positions. Throughout, he led change programs that reshaped business models, operating structures, and organisational culture in complex, multinational environments.
That combination — operator-level experience running large, multi-country organisations and formal coaching credentials — is what sets EarthTone apart from conventional consulting: Patrick works with leadership teams not just on strategy and structure, but on the behavioural and cultural shifts that make transformation stick.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Patrick is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified Coach, a Fellow of MIM the Malaysian Institute of Management, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM).
