ACAY Missions Philippines (ACAY MPI), founded in 1997 by the Missionaries of Mary, is a transformative organization dedicated to restoring and empowering at-risk youth. With a pioneering spirit, ACAY offers innovative psychosocial programs that serve young people. aged 16–21, often overlooked in Metro Manila—those at risk, survivors of trauma and abuse, and youth in conflict with the law.
Through its core programs—School of Life, Second Chance, and the Family Program—ACAY equips beneficiaries with emotional resilience, professional readiness, and pathways to self-sustainability. Its impact is holistic, as in 2014, the Second Chance Program successfully took root in Marseille, France. ACAY’s holistic approach combines residential care, reintegration support, and family restoration, all grounded in deep compassion and structured guidance. With over 28 years of service, ACAY continues to metamorphose lives, offering not just healing but hope, and preparing youth to re-enter society with dignity, purpose, and the tools to thrive.
