Over the past 12 years, Haraya has had the privilege to work with many leaders from various organizations. They love supporting new and seasoned leaders in their journey of growth and development, and have learned so much from their experiences and stories.
Their signature leadership program, Kina-iya, has now been conducted in dozens of companies for hundreds of leaders, and they’ve had a number of inquiries about a public run, so they developed one that launched in 2023.
After a successful first cohort, they are excited to share with you that they will be holding another batch in September. Haraya’s Kina-iya Leadership Coaching Program combines neuroscience concepts and practices for a more human-centered approach to leading others.
