Florent Humeau, the Chief Executive Officer of Red Planet, boasts an illustrious career spanning over 15 years in the dynamic realm of hospitality. With a diverse background in senior operational management, Florent has garnered extensive expertise in steering hospitality operations across various international landscapes, including France, the UK, China, Seychelles, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Florent embarked on his journey with Red Planet Hotel contributing his wealth of knowledge and skills as the Director of Operations for the company’s Indonesian operations. Recognizing his exceptional leadership and operational acumen, he swiftly ascended the corporate ladder, earning a promotion to the role of Vice President of Operations for both Indonesia and the Philippines in July 2019. Demonstrating his commitment to excellence and a remarkable ability to navigate the complexities of the hospitality industry, Florent transitioned to Red Planet’s Head Office in Bangkok in 2021. Here, he assumed the pivotal position of Senior Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw the company’s strategic initiatives and ensured overall operational efficiency.
In June 2022, Florent’s journey with Red Planet reached its zenith as he ascended to the coveted role of Chief Executive Officer. His promotion recognizes not only his loyalty to the brand, but also his pivotal part in Red Planet’s success.
