Matthias Gundermann (mg projects GmbH & Co. KG) is supporting foreign investors as interim manager to realign and optimise the business model of their Philippine subsidiary in close collaboration with the headquarters.
He also has strong back-ground in founding/setting-up companies in the area of operations, production and sales. His aim is to lift the potentials of people, market and business model and to bring it to sustainable and profitable growth.
