NO STUDENT LEFT BEHIND 💥📣 Edukasyon.ph together with NIRAS Philippines and Philippine Business for Social Progress held a handover ceremony last April 12, 2022 for the project “Edtech Solutions for Last Mile Schools in COVID-19”. The project is set to deliver 3,500 low-cost tablets, as well as 21 WiFi access points and components, and 21 solar power packages and batteries to the Department of Education and School Division Offices in Abra, Kalinga, Bohol, and Zamboanga Sibugay.
This project aims to provide edtech solutions and capacity-building tools for the improvement of schools in far flung areas in the Philippines, such as outfitting each tablet with digitized content crafted by the project consortium to supplement the students’ learning. This is just one of the many efforts that the project consortium and Asian Development Bank (ADB) will conduct to ensure that education is accessible to all students in the Philippines! 👩🎓🧑🎓 #NoStudentLeftBehind #education #startup
