DESCRIPTION:The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines just recently organized its latest event entitled “French Soirée: A networking and gastronomic night featuring Provence\, France” last July 26\, 2023\, Wednesday\, 7:00 PM at the Element Boutique Hotel.\nThe night was enjoyed through fruitful discussions and connections among the guests while relishing Apéro by Pernod Ricard with free-flow Pastis\, as the very popular pre-dinner drink from Provence. Dinner was served through a revisited version of the traditional Bouillabaisse from Marseille prepared by Chef Armand with Fresh Fish\, Shrimps\, Mussels\, Croutons\, Garlic Aioli\, Cheese\, and Saffron Broth. It was well paired with the refreshing Rosé wine\, Domaine de la Rouvière 2021 AOC Côtes de Provence\, provided by Happy Living Philippines Corporation. \nTo our members and non-member guests\, we truly appreciate your attendance at this event which made it possible. We hope to further collaborate with you in the future in creating a productive and mutually beneficial environment that will foster growth amongst each other. We look forward to more networking and gastronomic nights with you!
